Charlotte was a an enthusiastic person who loved to help others and share her talents with many. She devoted herself to Quota International in a very unselfish way and will be missed by many. May God bless and comfort the family.

Charlotte was a very caring person, very family oriented and a very dedicated Quotarian. Even though I haven't seen her for a number of years, I will miss her presence among us. My thoughts are with you all in Morgantown.

My condolences to Charlotte's family. She had an important influence on my life as I attended the dance studio and the day care. I learned that I love dancing and learned how to do it well. I enjoyed the time I spent there and will always remember her with great fondness!
I'm very sorry to hear this. Charlotte was a big part of my childhood, and I learned a lot of important lessons from her, from never giving up and pushing myself to do my very best, to the importance of traveling through through life with a smile on my face. My deepest condolences to the family.
