Obituary of Rosalie Liston

Rosalie Liston, age 89, passed away on Wednesday, Feb.27, 2019 in Wadsworth. Born May 12, 1929, in Morgantown, WV, to the late Mr. Omer Courtney Williams and Mrs. Dean (Griffith) Williams, and she was also preceded in death by one sister Elizabeth. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church, Wadsworth Welcome Wagon, and the Bridge Club.

She is survived by her husband; Gerald F. Liston, three sons; James W. (Nancy) Liston, Steven (Laurie) Liston, Jay Liston, and six grandchildren; Allison, Laura, Deanna, Jacob, Jesse and Hope, 10 great-grandchildren, and one brother; William Williams.

Services will be held at 11 am on Monday, Mar. 4, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church, 195 Broad St, Wadsworth, OH 44281 where friends may call one hour prior to services from 10 to 11 am.

Services will be also be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, Mar. 5, 2019 at the Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505 where friends may call one hour prior to services from 1 to 2 pm. Pastor Nathan Barker from Victory Baptist Church will be officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery near Morgantown, WV. In lieu of other flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Wadsworth OH.
