My husband, Don, worked with Julia at the Chamber and I often saw her at Chamber events. She was always so friendly and kind. She was the perfect person to greet visitors with her lovely smile.

Julia was a sweetheart. When we worked together at The Dominion Post she always had a kind word or a joke for everyone. She never met a stranger and treated everyone like family. I am glad to have had the opportunity to know her.

Julia was a beautiful, caring, classy lady that I first got to know while at The Dominion Post. She was a lot of fun, ornery at times, and she made the best banana nut bread. Actually everything she made was the best. She will always hold a place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with “Kimmy” and family whom she loved so much.
